Our Auto Outlet Service Centers are equipped with official disgnostics tools for Chrysler, Ford and General Motors. In addition to electonic analysis we offer the option to update the drive modules and eventually adding other functions to it. We are authorizes to perform and check recalls for select Dodge and RAM vehicles.

Alongside usual service tasks we are able to perform more extensive repars after car accidents. We of course use only proper OEM parts and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. We complete the whole process by dealing with your insurance company, deal with the paperwork and do our best to successfully resolve the insurance claim.

Recalls

As an authorized dealer and service center for Dodge and RAM we can perform all the necessary recalls upon request. Recalls are done for free with no cost on your part.

Every service and repair task is performed in our service centers in Klecany and Hodonín. They are the very same centers where all cars are serviced, therefore we offer a complex care for both the Prins systems and your car in general at one single location.

Service cars

You can borrow one of our service vehicles for duration of your car’s service. Customers who purchased our extended warranty will get a service car for free for the duration of service task that falls under warranty. Otherwise the cars are available for rent for the prices specified below.
